SCHOLARSHIP

The StevieStrong Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Steve Brooks and his

love for learning as well as the great sport of hockey. Each year scholarships are awarded

to student athletes who show outstanding leadership, attitude and work ethic on the ice and

in the classroom.

Applications are due by March 10, 2023. Completed applications will include:

Please submit the following to be considered:

An essay of 500 to 1000 words that focuses upon one of the following:

Applicant’s goal for continuing education after high school graduation, to include purpose and motivation for this goal.
Applicant’s description of a life experience or a person who has influenced his or her goals, determination and work ethic.

Most current high school transcript.

Three references from school or hockey with a short paragraph about why the applicant is deserving of the StevieStrong Memorial Scholarship.
